Shipping Information & Payment:

All prices quoted are in euros for goods ex-warehouse (Reinhard Hütterer), excluding packaging and shipping costs. The buyer bears all costs associated with shipping, including any applicable import or export duties. Prices are based on costs at the time of the initial quotation and remain valid until revoked or superseded by a new price list. Price increases take effect immediately without the need for justification. The prices quoted for spare parts and accessories do not include VAT.

Invoices from Reinhard Hütterer are due for payment upon acceptance of the goods. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount must be settled immediately via bank transfer, without any deduction for early payment discounts or other rebates. This also applies to deliveries accepted in cases of delayed delivery.

For deliveries abroad, the company Reinhard Hütterer reserves the right to restrict the choice of payment methods where appropriate.

In the event of a payment default, the company Reinhard Hütterer is entitled to charge default interest as well as reminder or collection fees, and is further released from the obligation to provide any further deliveries or services. Any legal costs incurred shall also be borne by the buyer. In the event of a payment default, the contract—or parts thereof—may be terminated by Reinhard Hütterer at any time. The costs incurred shall be borne by the customer.
Reinhard Hütterer reserves the right to require prepayment for orders of large quantities of goods, orders from customers abroad, or initial orders from new customers.
