Returns and exchanges require prior express consent and must be made within one week of receipt of the goods. Shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer, unless the goods were defective or damaged, or incorrect goods were delivered by mistake. Reinhard Hütterer reserves the right to issue a credit note or refund any payments made.
